By now, you will have explored your options and found that most block management companies want you to sign up to a full estate manager service. 

What we want to do is a provide a good service level where you can access separate services as you need them, and pay for them on this basis.

If all you need is our 3 steps (which includes sending out valid service charge demands and making regular contractor payments) then you can just buy that. Simple.

We can provide estate management services where your block requires site visits or the full S20 process but these are not included in our basic cost. 

These extra services might only be needed occasionally so you can pick these up as you need them. This might mean we bring in a verified and reliable service to assist you, for example with a lift refurbishment or replacement.

These additional site services must be discussed with us separately so we can agree a price for you in advance in line with our clear pricing policy. 

We can provide you with a great, consistent site manager partner from our team who understands your site needs and finances.

Also, we already work in partnership with a great full service estate manager where we can provide a split service of service charge management in conjunction with a full service expert. We do this where you might be out of our area but want the comfort of having a great team back the all important finances for you.
