Victoria has more than 25 years of experience across the property industry, working in both service charges and lettings. She holds qualifications with TPI (formerly ARMA) and Propertymark and is a licensed accountant.
She is actively involved in software development panels and professional body forums, contributing to the work of raising standards across the sector. That involvement shapes how Simple Block operates - practical, informed and always focused on the leaseholder.

Member of The Property Institute (TPI)
Nikki heads up client finance at Simple Block, with a career spanning accounting, client accounting and leasehold property management. She makes sure the numbers behind every block we manage are accurate, well-planned and easy to understand.
Her strengths are budgeting and long-term site financials — building service charge budgets that are fair and realistic, and keeping reserve funds on track so major works are planned for in good time. Nikki brings real depth of experience and a straightforward, approachable way of working.
