Victoria Beasley, Managing Director

  

The managing director, Victoria Beasley holds qualifications with with The TPI (Formerly ARMA), Propertymark and is a licenced accountant. 


With more than 25 years experience in the property industry in both service charges and lettings she has a wealth of experience in all things property.


  

Victoria is actively involved in development panels for software providers and engages in forums that develop standards through professional bodies. She is passionate about raising the standards of the industry as a whole.


This combination of skills and involvement makes us ideally placed to be your preferred Estate Service Charge Partner.

Our Professional Standards


Simple Block was founded on the basis that services charges should be clear and accessible to all leaseholders.


The mystery surrounding what a managing agent does must lift,  we believe that the industry should be regulated so that no leaseholder is disadvantaged by the standard of their agent.


Therefore the leaseholder comes first.
